CAREER SKILLS
From Feb-Jul 2021, TM youth developed 249 career skills
Career skills are defined as skills that professionals use in the workplace. Through SGPs, TM youth develop career skills in the following career areas:

fundraising
budgeting
project management
communications (e.g. oral and written presentations, proposals, emailing, etc.)
interviewing
background research
collaboration (e.g. working with teams)
event planning
