Every TM youth addresses approximately 4 social issues a year. In total, each TM youth benefits 100+ people in collaboration with 10+ volunteer partners a year.

Career skills are defined as skills that professionals use in the workplace. Through SGPs, TM youth develop career skills in the following career areas:
